Studying can be hard. In fact, unless you’re some sort of super student created by professors to show up everyone else, you’re probably no stranger to procrastination. Seeing as we’re particularly helpful, here at CityBlock, we thought we would help you to step up your procrastination game – it’s a serious business, don’t you know?
Tidy Your Room

Find Out Which Hogwarts House You Belong to
These things are important, and now is the perfect time to find out whether you’re a Gryffindor, Slytherin, Hufflepuff or Ravenclaw. Oh, and while you’re at it, you might as well find out what your wand is made of and the form of your Patronus. How can you bear not knowing?!
Visit Pottermore for hours of endless Potter-based procrastination.
Make Your Future Album Cover
Who hasn’t dreamed of being a rock and roll star? Make your album with these simple steps:
- Go to Wikipedia and click ‘random’. The first article that pops up is your band’s name.
- Now, visit Quotations Page and click on ‘random quotations’. Scroll to the bottom of the page and take the last four or five words of the last quote – this is the name of your album.
- Go to Flickr or image sharing site and click ‘explore’. The third picture is the cover of your album.
- Put it all together and you have a masterpiece…
Answer Some Questions, Do Some Good
Free Rice is a website where you answer basic general knowledge questions and, for every answer you get right, 10 grains of rice are donated through the World Food Programme. Technically, you’re learning, right? Plus, you’re doing something for a worthy cause, so you can ease the guilt of putting off your essay.
We’re sure you can think of plenty more ways to procrastinate and we’re right behind you! Just maybe try to make sure you manage to get your assignments in on time, we don’t want your professors to be banging down our office door!
