Chinese New Year – Kung Hei Fat Choy!

On 23rd January 2012, we wave goodbye to the rabbit and welcome in the Year of the Dragon!

The Chinese New Year is the most important of the Chinese holidays, and is a time of feasting with the family, celebration, fireworks and gift-giving.

It is a 15 day holiday, beginning on the first day of a new moon and ending with a full moon on the day of the Lantern Festival.

Chinese New Year is a great excuse for trying out a new Chinese recipe with friends.

We'd love to hear what your favourite Chinese dish is....just pop your comments in the box below and let's see what's the most popular!
