The room has a single bed incorporating storage space underneath, study area comprising of desk with data point, pin board, shelving unit and desk chair, 3 drawer pedestal unit, wardrobe with drawers or shelves, ensuite shower room with heated towel rail. The room also has the benefit of an electric wall mounted heater, remote access for visitors and blinds to the window.
Use of communal area within the flat that comprises of a fully furnished living area with leather sofas, 42 inch flat screen TV with freeview and fully fitted and equipped kitchen including dishwasher.
