CityBlock recognise that students have different requirements and, as a result, want a choice with regards to their accommodation needs. Various student flats in Lancaster & Leicester are available at CityBlock accommodation, where you’ll find we have designed 8 different room types across our blocks to suit varying budgets.
All room types have ensuite facilities and some are available for double occupancy. Our all-inclusive weekly room rates help you to budget your living expenses whilst at University.
Rates for single ensuite rooms start from £94.09 all inclusive per week and self-contained studio rooms start from £113.50 all inclusive per week.
We are confident that our student lets in Leicester & Lancaster offer both better value and quality of accommodation than you could expect to find elsewhere.
