- The referral fee (£50 per eligible referral) will be paid into your bank account 30 days after CityBlock are satisfied that the booking process is complete, the Tenancy Agreement has been signed and the first rent payment has been made.
- The CityBlock Referral Scheme is open to all students.
- Those wishing to participate in the scheme must encourage a friend to book CityBlock through a recommendation.
- To qualify for the scheme your friend must not be a current or previous resident at CityBlock, been referred by someone else, or have made an enquiry prior to the date the referral is received by CityBlock.
- The student booking a room with CityBlock must enter the referrer’s name in either the text box in the booking process or in the "How did you hear about CityBlock" section using "Referred by - enter person's full name below".
- There is no limit to the number of friends a student can refer to CityBlock however the referral fee is limited to a total of £500 per referrer.
- Existing residents who are in arrears or who are otherwise in breach of their tenancies are not eligible for the scheme.
- The Referral Scheme only applies to bookings for a tenancy of 50 or more weeks.
- CityBlock wants to provide a fair service to all and reserves the right to limit or suspend this offer if abuse or breach of this scheme is suspected.
- CityBlock reserves the right to remove or change this scheme at any time.
