Hospital – A&E
We hope that you don’t have to use it, but Lancaster’s hospital and A&E is easily located should you need it for any health emergencies or accidents. Remember to only call 999 in emergencies; call the NHS helpline on 111 for minor health concerns.

Lancaster Railway Station has links to many of the major cities throughout England and Scotland, which is handy if you’re heading home for the weekend or are looking to explore more of the UK.

Lancaster has a fantastic bus service which can take you directly to the university, Morecambe, Preston, Blackpool and even the Lake District.
